Warranty and complaints

The manufacturer provides a one-year warranty: This product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use in household conditions for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. We stand behind our products.

Snowshepherd does not provide warranty coverage for items subjected to improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications or alterations, normal wear and tear, improper care or drying, negligence, or if the item has been used for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

• Cuts or tears (from skis/snowboards, knives, tree branches, falls or abrasions, other accidents, etc.)

• Damage caused by an animal destroying the glove(s)

• Cracking of the leather due to failure to treat it with leather balm

• Fading or discoloration of leather or other fabrics

• Excessive treatment of leather with leather balm

• Damage to gloves caused by the use of duct tape or other adhesives

• Damage resulting from improper care or cleaning

Take good care of your gloves and they will take good care of you.

Items covered under warranty must be returned to us for inspection.
