Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You will then be credited for the full order amount. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense.

If you choose to return the product, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@snowshepherd.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
